After decades of work in finance, law, politics, and Southern California business, our founding team saw a growing gap in the music industry — raw talent was everywhere, but true development, mentorship, and long-term investment were not.
Drawing on our deep experience in raising capital, building organizations, and leading high-trust teams, we set out to create something different: a label that treats every artist like a full partnership, not a product.
