About Tessa Marie
Tessa Marie is a songwriter first. Someone who watches closely, feels intensely, and turns experience into language. Music has been part of her life since she was six, beginning in musical theater, where she learned how emotion moves through the body and into a room. Over time, that curiosity grew into singing, dancing, piano, guitar, and eventually songwriting at ten. Writing became her way of making sense of things. Love. Distance. Hope. Loss. The beauty of wanting something more.
For years, she kept those songs private. They were not written for an audience or a moment. They were written to survive them. Unreleased, unshared, and unheard by anyone outside her own world.
Now she’s choosing to let them breathe.
With producer Hanan Rubinstein helping bring these songs to life, Tessa is stepping fully into her voice as an artist. She is currently studying theater at UCLA, and that depth of storytelling lives inside her music. Each song feels intentional and intimate, shaped by observation as much as emotion. There is a quiet confidence in her writing, the kind that comes from knowing who you are and trusting what you feel.
Tessa Marie makes music for people who live with their hearts open. If you’ve loved deeply, lost honestly, or dreamed of something just out of reach, she’s already written about it. And now, she’s inviting you to step into that world with her.
“Steal the sunlight, paint it on my skin. Show me the world, then show me heaven.”
– Tessa Marie, from her debut single “Dear Love”
